The Ballot Result!! (it passed 69/31%!)

The results in detail:-

In agreement with the proposal 212/307 voted
in disagreement 95/307
total voted 307/410 electors

So it passed by 69/31 % of those who voted, with 52% of the whole electorate voting in agreement and a 75% turnout - which is pretty good
(thanks to all those that helped!).

The proposition was ‘In the light of the information available to you, do you agree with the proposal, recommended by the Parish Council, to raise funds by selling the land adjacent to the new cemetery which will enable the building of the New Village Hall ?’
